Founded in 1916, Guiseppe Cocco has maintained that four ingredients are needed to make excellent pasta: Mountain wheat, spring water, clean/pure air for the drying of the pasta and the processing technique. Cocco uses all manual and traditional methods in the processing, including 19th century bronze cutting tools which gives the pasta the necessary roughness that will enhance the taste of the sauces. We offer five varieities of this papal pasta. Rest assured that all pasta sold on this web site is of the highest quality.
